[Resolved]  Airtel — FAlse Bill and NOC of Broadband Connection

Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I’am receiving calls regarding Airtel Broadband Bill which I was not using it and has been disconnected long time ago , and I had done a settlement for the same. Customer name:- Aastha Srivastava

Amount.:- Rs. 500/-only against the full and final settlement of the Above said Account.
Ms. Manvi From Airtel(mob:-[protected]) Had called me for the Final Settlement for Amountof Rs.500 /- only. , and Mr.Anil (Mob.No.:- [protected] & [protected])employee of Airtel has collected the same Amount and Given me the NOC of the same . This u can Assured it from Cheking the Usage of My Broadband Connection from the Date of Activation to till Date the day I Receive the NOC for the Same
But still. till date I’am receiving the payment calls and receive the bills on the mail for the same disconnected connection .
Also, to inform you that my Broadband Connection was disconnected within the 3 days form the date of Installation i.e. on 6-or 7 before months without any reason and was still disconnected till the date of NOC I received from Airtel , and while contacting your Airtel office Gomti Nagar their Ms. Sandhya Singh was talked to us very rudely and misbehaved with vulgar language. That is why I opt for the disconnection of the above said connection . but still we are getting calls of Regarding Airtel Broadband connection false Bills . and the tele callers are very much rude and Vulgar and cheap language and threatening us for the payment of the same.Kindly look at the matter for the same.

AirTel — regarding bill of broadband connection

SUB: COMPLAINT AGAINST WITHOUT INSTALLATION COMPANY CHARGE DUE ON US AGAINST LANDLINE NO. 4132906

RESPECTED SIR,
IT IS TO INFORM YOU THAT I MR. SANDEEP MANGADE THE PROPRIETOR OF CITIZEN TRAVELS HAS TAKEN CONNECTION OF YOUR AIRTEL POSTPAID AS ON 29.11.10 BEARING THE NUMBER” 41312906”. BUT THIS CONNECTION DID NOT START AS THIS CONNECTION DID NOT INSTALL. I HAD TAKEN THIS CONNECTION FOR THE PURPOSE OF MY BUSINESS. BUT WHEN THIS CONNECTION DID NOT INSTALL & START THEN I TALKS WITH YOUR CUSTOMER CARE, THEY RAISE COMPLAIN AGAINST MY QUERY. WHEN THIS PROBLEM DID NOT SOLVE AGAIN I GIVE MAIL IN YOUR MAIL ID. AGAIN THE ISSUE REMAINS SAME.

FINALLY I WENT TO YOUR AIRTEL GALLERY & REQUESTED TO DISCONNECT THIS CONNECTION. IT WENT FINE FOR LAST 6 MONTHS. BUT ON 25.6.11, I RECEIVED A CALL FROM DELHI, WHERE A PERSON IN A VERY URGENCY SAYING THAT 2400RS HAS BEEN DUE IN YOUR ACCOUNT & IF YOU DID NOT PAY IT THEN CASE WILL BE LODGE AGAINST THIS. I TRIED TO MAKE IT CLEAR THAT JUST EXPLAIN ME THE DETAILS FOR WHICH I NEED TO PAY BUT THE MAN DID NOT EXPLAIN ANYTHING & DROP THE PHONE. SUDDENLY I CALL TO YOUR CUSTOMER CARE TOLL FREE NUMBER 121 & EXPLAINED HIM FULLY REGARDING THIS MATTER. SHE LODGES A COMPLAINT BY SAYING THAT SHE IS TAKING CARE OF THIS. BUT ANYTHING DID NOT HAPPEN .

AGAIN ON 27.6.11 I RECEIVED A CALL “THE PERSON SAID STILL THE PAYMENT HAS NOT BEEN CLEARED WHEN I TRIED TO FIND OUT THE DETAILS OF THIS HE DID NOT SAID ANYTHING & SAID “YOU DON’T HAVE MANNERS TO TALK & DROP THE PHONE”. DUE TO THIS MY BUSINESS IS GETTING HAMPER ON DAILY BASIS & I AM NOT GETTING ANY VIEW IN A STRUCTURE MANNER.







MY POINT OF VIEW IS VERY CLEAR “IF THIS CONNECTION HAS NOT BEEN SURRENDERED IN THE STRUCTURE MANNER THEN AS I KNOW THERE IS A WORD O[censored]NUSED RENTAL WHERE A PERSON RECEIVED BILL WHEN EITHER HE HAS NOT USED CONNECTION. BUT I DID NOT GET TO RECEIVE ANY KIND OF SUCH BILL SINCE 30.11.10 TO 30.6.11.THEN HOW CAN YOUR COMPANY MAY SUDDENLY RAISE A COMPLAIN DEMANDING TO PAY THE AMOUNT WHICH I DID NOT USE. DUE TO ALL OF THIS I GOT LOT OF MENTAL HARASSMENT & MY BUSINESS ALSO GO IN TO VAIN. NOW I AM ASKING YOU THE QUESTION THAT FOR ALL OF THIS THE THINGS OR THE DAMAGES WHICH I HAVE RECEIVED WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL OF THIS IS YOUR COMPANY OR THAT BLOODY EMPLOYEES ,WHO IS WORKING IN BEHALF OF YOUR COMPANY?[protected]
