[Resolved] Airtel — frenzo chat services

i have submitted 4 previous complaints regarding frenzo. no heed has been paid to my complaints. now i have decided that if this problem is not fixed within the 27th of april 2012, i will throw away all my airtel sims inc that of all my OFFICE STAFF and move to the consumer court regarding this. you have no respect for ur customers.

now, its around 12 days since the problem of frenzo. the same problem of mismatch o[censored]sername and password is arising inspite of entering the new username and password provided by ur company. i can wait but for a week now. after this, i will hAve to take strict action. if its not done in a week, i will deactivate my connection and also of all my office staff and my entire family. i will personally take the matter to the press with the label
" AIRTEL IS LEAST BOTHERED TO SOLVE ITS CONSUMERS PROBLEM"

My frenzo chat services is still not working. Nw on entering the username and password provided by u , my phone is getting connected to 2 other nos. One where they say pls sign in from ur primary no. Which is [protected] and the other primary no.is [protected]. But my primary no is [protected]. I don't know from where this link is coming. I want it to stop and my frenzo chat services to start . The ultimatum is already given.
