I am using Airtel Mobile Office i am receving only 1 - 2 kpbs hot to increase internet download speed
i am using gprs now speed is ok i dont have any service isshue about GPRS but customer care is worst they stop my 121 service,reason i called them more then a five times a day,if they satisfy me in a single call why should i call them again.i am using airtel since 6 years,previously customer service is very good but now a days what happened to them i don't know.i think they are playing monopoly with there customer. if some one head of this listening me pls contact me i have some more words and complaints,will be very greate full to you i am feeling bad to wright these complaints using airtel gprs but i think this nesesciry at least highter authority should know what there employes are doing there should be some code of coduct or rule in any customer care service...................thanks........hope some body listion me...........anil malali....airtel customer.
Im living in Pune. Im using GPRS from long time and was getting good speed. but from last 1.5 months the speed is really sucking. It gets disconnected winthin 5 mins. Whats goin on?
I have been using the Airtel Live since a long time but on 01 Jan 2008 there was a deduction of Rs. 99 from my balance. When I called up to the customer care the executive said that it will take 24 hrs for updation. After 72 hrs when I tried to know the reason the executive said that the deduction was for using "Hungam.com", but as I haven't use any such site on my cell. Instead of solving my query the executive talked to me so rudly and my problem is still as it is. Its was really such a bad experience. I lost my money without any reason and still the Airtel is not trying to solve my problem.

i am the existing customer of your reputed telecom since last 2 years from 2-3 months i m facing a problem.
i m receiving a messages from airtel no.; 64611010 without using airtellive services but my no.[protected] get debited with RS. 10 every time
i have given a complient to callcentre as well as on airtelgallary at vasai rd {w} they are saying that they have forward the mail.
the balance has been debited dated are as follows,
12/03/2008,
05/03/2008,
24/02/2008
so kindly look for that and if any serviceses is active related to this please deactivate my services.

Abe Kutte ke Pille Ho Tum sab ke sab. Abe Saalo Maa Chudwaye Airtel ka internet Behan chod Sify broadband lagwa ke dekho maza Aa jaayega.
I bought a new Airtel connection few days back. And I tried to activate Airtel Live on my phone. They send me the settings and I installed those. I didn't find Airtel live anywhere on my Phone. Then i called 121, but the phone want to customer care. They said someone form GPRS will call me. I am waiting for their call form last three days. But no one turned back. Every time i call them they say that someone will call me back but I don't think they will do it. Its really a bad experience.
