Airtel — i can't get 3g speed in 3g plan

hi i am amar ubhe,i from pune,warje malvadi.
my problem is airtel not give me 3g speed on my 3g plan..
i was recharge 101 3g plan for one month first day i got 3g speed upto 300kbps
but from second day i got speed like 2g 10kbps-20kbps
when i call customer care they just transfer my call from one station to other
please help me
