[Resolved]  Airtel — Landline & Broadband not working

Hi,

I am user of Airtel Broadband & landline ([protected]) for more than 4 years but iam facing issue in my broadband & landline every month.

since 11th May 2013 I have facing issue with my broadband & landline.Earlier i have faced issue related to disturbance but after few days it gone dead .

no body give me proper answer from customer care.

some said that its major fault & it will resolved within 2 days but these 2 days never came.

from last 7 days my connection is dead & no one visited my home yet.

Tell me one thing are you really care about customer or not?

Airtel Broadband — LANDLINE NOT WORKING

MY AIRTEL ACCOUNT NO. IS 14274843 IN GHAZIABAD, NCR. ITS AROUND 7-8 MONTHS WE ARE USING THIS CONNECTION BUT THE LANDLINE CONNECTION SINCE THEN NEVER WORKED PROPERLY.IT JUST WORKED FOR LESS THAN 1 MONTH IN THIS DURATION.AND KINDLY SEND ME THE DETAILS OF THE PLAN THAT IS BEEN ACTIVATED AS IT DOES NOT SEEMS THAT WE ARE GETTING THE BANDWIDTH AS PER THE PLAN.

KINDLY REVERT ASAP.

Landline with broadband — our landline connection is not working

our corporate connection in name of Approach Advertising & ExhibitersPvt LTd presently he is not in working condition and our last bill paid and aslo clear and credit in ur account

My both the connections are not working properly since last 6 months. I am not able to send or receive the fax doccuments. Also it is practically impossible to talk as there is lot of disterbunce in the line. Inspite of registering the complaints for number of times & personal follow up with Kalyan telecom officers & written complaint there is no improvement in the telephone lines.

Bharti Airtel Ltd — Landline no. is dead from 10 days

Hi,

This is the last option where I want to request Airtel customer care to please fix my landline, which is dead from past 7 - 10 days.
I have lodged more than two complaints with reference nos[protected] and 34991718 and another one I have not written.

Customer care people are saying external like is okay we cant do anything. They are even no bother to help me know what is the problem as they are unable to sort out the problem

Their is a problem with my landline set from day one, the technician replaced that with old one but problem still persists.

Bill use to come every time on time and lot of measures are taken to improve the bill payment then why cant you improve the quality of your sets.

it replied that my phone number is invalid.

Airtel — Landline not working since long

I had transferred my landline connection, firstly it took around 25 days to transfer then their confusion about the plan existed. When plan was confirmed and line started working. Because of that delay from Airtel they confirmed that they would wave off Rs1000 in my bill. Line only worked for 4 days and stopped working. I am continuously getting messages about the payment when i paid approx 1800 Rs. I am not receiving any bill nor my line is working nor i got any kind of confirmation call from Airtel. Now, they would come up with some higher amount saying no matter line was not working but you will have to pay monthly rental. In short money matters but not the services.

AirTel — Broadband, Landline not working

I had logged a complaint with Airtel Broadband and Landline customer care on 22nd June and the complaint no is 47971634. Till today - 25th June, no one has even responded or attended to the problem. My landline is dead and internet is very intermittent. I called the customer 'care' 6 times today and many times I was just put on hold and once on hold for 15minutes and the 'customer care officer' hung up the phone!!!

Every time they say that it will be fixed 'as soon as possible' but have been waiting for the last 3 days to be fixed and still not done.
Can I know when the problem will be solved?. A person visited my house today, honestly didn't expect it, being a Sunday, but then he told that the entire line is down and only a line man can rectify it and it will be done only tomorrow. Will tomorrow come??..I don;t know.

Airtel — Landline and Broadband not working for more than a month

Hi All,

This is a complaint against the Airtel, specifically Land-line / Broadband Services. My land-line phone and broadband internet is not working for more than 1 month now. Numerous calls and emails to [protected]@airtel.in have not resulted in any change in the status. Moreover, the customer care support is pathetic and seems as if I am I am using their services for free. I was given 3 complaint numbers, of which I am mentioning the last 2 here. Complaint No. 49168782 & 4469352. But surprisingly, none of the complaint numbers seem to have been recorded in the system, as the foolish Customer Care executives could never find that in their system. Since the land-line phone doesn't work, I have to call the Customer Care via mobile, and it costs min. Rs.20 every time as most of the time I end up holding up the call, since their system is either too slow or they are given instruction to hold the call, probably another way of earning.

This is probably the worst customer support I have received till date from any service provider.

More over, to get the connection disconnected, the Customer Support asks me to drop an email as they can't do the same from their end.

Pathetic and disgusting.

DEAR, HOW CAN YOU CLOSE MY COMPLAIN NO:5183322, WITHOUT RESOLVING MY PROBLEMS.

MY AIRTEL NO[protected] IS STILL NOT WORKING, ITS COMPLETELY DEAD FROM LAST TEN DAYS

(NO DIAL TONE). PLZ DO THE NEEDFUL ASAP.

ITS NOT AT ALL APPRECIABLE & WE CAN'T EXPECT THIS TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM AIRTEL.

Airtel — Landline gone dead

Since yesterday dial tone of telephone has gone dead. Please check it quickly as it is creating inconviniance at the time of festival.

Landline & internet connection([protected]) is not working properly.The working is intermittently disconnected frequently.Complain has been lodged to customercare thrice (complain no20600614,2062484,[protected] in last two days.One person visited but could not rectify.

Now very frustating i am facing issue since 11-May-13 my connection is still on dead condition.

when ever i contact with you i get same answer but not resolution.

your people calling me in the gap of 5 days & asking that " sir now your connection is working fine naa"

whats the joke is this are you feel your customer is fool or every time you close complaint without rectification & not even think to inform me any update.

i am following with your people from last 2 months & your representatives are not even serious about issue.

My issue is as it is but you are forcing me to pay you bill without usage & sending me reminder for payment.

why i give you money if i am not able to use my broadband & landline due to your fault.

if this kind of service you provided to your customer u will lose your brand name & faith on you.
