[Resolved]  Airtel Landline — Airtel Land Line Phone Complaints - After booking new connection is not installed yet

This mail is regarding airtel Land line phone with both net connection and landline.
Person from documentation dept came from Airtel and He booked new connection before four days back From my Residence-H.No 1032 sector 21-c Faridabad.Conection was booked in favour of Saket Budakoti.We received a call from customer care that which number i wanted and they gave us a number and after that nobody has turned up for installation .
can you just give us some idea when we can get this service
i think Airtel service is too slow for connecting new people or you have no time for customers. I had given 1000 cash to Mr Surjit one of Airtel representative but Airtel Land Line Phone still has not been installed.Please take the appropriate action as soon as possible.

my tele no. 43016125 instrument caller id was not functioning well. the instrument was replaced with an ordinary one and was told it will be reploaced next day. but so many days have passed and the instrument has not been replaced.i don't what to do. skould i change my connection and go to other agency. please let me know.

I have been using Airtell land line connection from last three years but due to some financial problem i could not pay my last to last month bill which was of 7000 rs
i request to unbarred my outgoing i can pay my this bill together with next months bill

AirTel — Delay in landline connection cancellation

Dear Sir
I have an aritel landline telephone connection of number-[protected]. Due to some reason I have to surrender the connection put a request for the same on 27-mar-10. I have paid all my dues on 28-mar-10 and again put fresh request for the same with request no 30948052 but no action was taken till 04-apr-10. I again approach telephonically to airtel and raise my issue with request no 31202876. Nothing happen till 15-Apr-10 and I again approach to customer care of airtel who raised my complain with request no 31714128.This time cancellation department call me and told that my line were not disconnected yet and I have to deposit rental till 20-Apr-10. It was told to me that my line would be disconnected immediately after putting the first request for calculation. So why should I pay the rental till 20-Apr-10. I put my request on 27-Apr-10 and line must be disconnected from that date. I request you please take some appropriate action that my faith with airtel remains same.

Airtel — not started phone line yet

hello My name is Priya Singh and I paid Rs1000 for phone connection and i got waver of Rs600 at that time but they told me that our phone line will activated in 24 hours but now its 10 days gone and they do not reply on toll free number as well, and every time they told that you will receive a call regarding that i am very unsatisfied from their service and
they are not ready to speak on this matter. Its not good at the time of taking connection they called me around 4 to 5 times in a day and but now they are not ready to recive my call. the number which I take is[protected]

Airtel Landline — Delay in cancellation of connection and poor response

Hi,

This complaint is against Airtel Landline department. I wanted to cancel my account for Airtel and I was shifting from one rental property to another. I raised request on 19th August for cancellation and it was agreed that the account will be cancelled and airtel executives will come and disconnect the connection and take away the Landline set and Broadband modem. But the connection was not disconnection after 1 month of follow-up. I use to continuously call Airtel Customer care and they give false promises and bill was raised against my name of 1025rs. Since the connection was not dis-connected and somebody else was rented on the property and he used it. Airtel is continuously torturing me for this.This is a big failure of Airtel,I have every faced.If they want to recover and any usage then they should recover from the person staying in the property currently. I will not pay due to delay by Airtel. Airtel customer care executives & collection agencies are pathetic, they torture people, just to recover their money and it's not a fault of customer. This is a serious concern. I would like Indian Telecom Authority to take serious action against Airtel.
