I'm Pramod Jadhav customer of airtel maharastra (prepaid mobile sim card [protected]).
I've a mobile sim card for more than 2 years. It was working fine till april 2008. After that problems started..
..first of all my plan got changed. I complaint about that lots of time but didnt get ractified. Then i got understood...that is not gonna correct...so i left that and moved on...
...now the major problem is that...while im in delhi...my number is not working.
the situation is like this...i came down to delhi..in last july2008. I still have around 80Rs balance and still have validity till around 15 of sept.
...so after coming down to delhi i took new local sim card of delhi airtel...so i just shut down my maharastra card.
After some 6-7 months i got a sudden need so i tried to start my old card that is still getting signal showing me network but not getting registered with it.
I tried lots of times after that ...even i also spoke to customer care of delhi circle but he refused to as they are helpless in this case...
Please help me in the same..
...and come out with real solution...and plz dont givme any non sense reason or solution...
...hope u people are good at other hand and help me out.

It's about to be a month now, i have being calling your customer care service to stop my cricket pack which was by mistake activated by me . But your customer care service always fails in solving my problem . They said that they have forword my request and my request reference number is [protected] but still there is no result. Now as a result every day my three rupees get debited.
I would like you to consider my request of deactivating my cricket pack .
