[Resolved] Airtel - Mobile — problem in making calls

dear sir, i m facing regular problem in making calls. i complaint 2 times in customer care number 121 but nothing do against my complaint, i m just fed up with this. my mobile number is [protected]. one more thing in your website a toll free number is given to call only by airtel customers "[protected]" but after calling on this number usual std call rate is deduct by my number-is this is right ? please do the needfull thanks. Airtel Mobile — call prolem

For the last couple of days most of my incoming calls are not coming through. The caller gets a message as out of reach or switched off. today even my outgoing calls are not getting through. My no is [protected]. I am in bangalore. Since this is happening too often i am planning to switch to other network unless this is rectified immediately.
