Airtel — My balance deducted

Sir I inform you that my complaint not solve by your customer care executive.Only massage receive me not come any call on my number [protected].My balance deducted on[protected].Your customer care executive not call me on date[protected] to[protected].So i request you that please solve my complaint and return my balance.You can close my all service and return my balance.My balance before deducted RS 48.39 on[protected] and after deducted Rs 0.12 only.When i uses Net card on[protected] Rs 18.00 and proper airtel internet setting save on my number.
