Dear Sir,
day before day I missed my mobile in a private bus during my business visit to chennai. In spite of my tight business schedules and commitments the first thing I happened to do is to visit one of your customer relationship center at ashok nagar since communication plays a very vital role in my business. I explained to your representative about the situation and was re directed to kodambakkam branch due to power breakdown. Went all the way to kodambakkam branch and was told to visit the T.nagar branch since even they had power breakdown,. But i was astonished to hear the CRC of the most leading communication network "AIRTEL" drags a most valuable customer for just the sake of a regular power breakdown for almost half of the day.
Finally I happened to fill in a communication form at T.nagar branch with the reasons clearly stated and was informed the Sim(Recieved at 12 0' clock noon) will be activated in another two hours without any further delays. I was pleased and felt everything should be fine at least after so much of effort taken to find the right CRC since morning but to my surprise they failed to keep up the commitments and my Sim wasn't activated till 2.30 p.m. So I happened to call one of your customer care center to check in the status and I was informed in certain cases it might take maximum upto 4 hours to reactivate the Sim. But i waited for the whole without any communication to the outer world just trusting the words of your organization. Finally made a call around 7.00p.m to the same customer care center with full of disappointments since morning but i had a further shock with the no response and was asked to check with the CRC from whom i had collected the Sim this morning. I even spoke with the Floor supervisor but his reply was totally.Still it is not activated.Your committed time 4hours max your guys said. but nowalmost 12 time 4 hours dead line crossed. The pain is each customer care execurives is telling different things.
I fed up with your service and I dont like to continue with your service, i dont know how are you doing business with out any communication between you and CRC. Even CRC guys told me come there and change another sim since the sim has some error.I sent some one there they did not chnaged the sim and said that it will activate with in 4 hours. that passed more than 8 hours. So please activate and i can change to another service provider. i cant loose the no which is familiar in my business.
So kindly look in to this and activate as soon as. I am using your service more than 8 years but never see this trouble. so kindly rectify to retain next customer.

After all the pain I talk to a applet team now. she said that go to airtel showroom and got another sim that seems start the game from scratch. I dont like to waste time with you.so please disconnect my no [protected]. Already past 5 days i wasted time with your guys. past month i bought a usb modem from you. just i called and your CRC guy came to my house and got the money. so it seems if you will get the money from customer then your CRC guys will do all things. but if the customer need service we have to go and beg them. is it right thing?. also still i did not get any call from your CRC and you too. I am calling every day. so Please consider this is my application for disconnect the service. also i have usb modem with you .that also i need to terminate from you. so i will contact the correponding team. really i am too much happy with your service. so stay this process. I will do help for you to reduce customer who all my friends and business contact. and will be reimbursement for your CRC child things. I put it to my lawer Babu ganesh. He will take care all things. bye.
Still the problem is not solved but their website is showing that problem resolved. I dont know how did they closed the complint without my confirmation. due to thier poor communication i suffered lot. I had lost 50000 due to non available of the phone and new customer. also lot of depression due to their activities. Was this information helpful? |
