At Present there is no online recharge provision in www.airtel.in website. It is better to incorporate this provision to make convinient for make the recharge online for airtel customers..

i have prepaid connection Mobile No [protected].and i activated 95Rs Rechargebut after 4 days, this services not stared to my Account and airtel barring my customers care call form my mobile.and when i register my complain from Mobile no [protected] then it never interest my complain and says to Airel Zonal Center
and Zonal center says call to to customers care. and customers center not interest to solve my problem and say that you make a logical error to recharge a internet coupen and it is your falut and it will not be solve till end of this month and you pay for this month internet recharege charges. what can i do. i make logical error ????
if your customers center have no knowledge and not register my complain from mobile number [protected]. please action your customers care center employee
when i call to customers care center between 7:30PM to 9:30 at dated 17dec 2009.
Please any body which using Airtel Connection specally internet related. Try to avoid it this is fun of customers for a customers care center

My Post paid connection no [protected] got blocked, asking for resubmition for the documents, this connection is provided by my company.
I submitted all my documents, my connection got activated once and got deactivated again and sked for undertaking document.
Even after 2days after submittion of this document at Ameetpet, Hyderabad office to Vanitha, no progress in activation.
For submitting each document, I need to travel for 2 hours from my work location, this is causing lot trouble for me.
I request to activate my connection with out causing trouble to me, I can provide all the relevent documents if they reach my office instead of me travelling for each individual documents.

i have recharged my mobile no [protected] for internet service with rs251 recharge coupon on 14th jan for which there is 90days validity but now it is showing that there is no balance and i have to shell out more than rs125 for using net for 2 days.i have registered complaint and there was no response even after 1 day this is very poor response.
