Mobile no [protected]. Nature of complaint - Not satisfied with AIRTEL.
I was using GPRS500 on my mobile and send the de-activation request on 26 june 2009 and recieved a message thet your GPRS500 will be de-activated in next 6 hours.After some days I checked the same and found that its still working. I called up the customer care on 121, they said that it is our technical fault so pls resend the same msg, again i recieved the same msg that oit will be deactivated in next 6 hours but still it has not been de-activated. Then after some days I recieved a call from your Mohali HO and they de-activated the same.
I found Rs. 612/- for 36 days have been debitted for the service which i never used.
So, Requesting you to Wave off the same amount from my account.

i wanted to know my airtel postpaid connection unbilled amount phone no. is [protected].
I NEED MY POSTPAID BILL FOR THE MONTH OF SEP. MY MOB NO. [protected].
Generally mobile bills are not coming in time at my residence.
I have airtel postpaid connection.I have problem with billing non-transparency.so decided to converted into prepaid but from five they have not properly converted my number into the prepaid connection.
Not listen to the customer complaint and not attending call.my airtel no.- +91-[protected].

airtel network service very poor in the area of panruti, cuddalore district. The problem is mentioned below.
1. I dialed the call at the time no response opposite side and call ended but the call cost is charged.
2.I talk with another person at the time the call is ended.
3.I talk with my girl friend autometically call ended
4.In many times i informed the custamer care responsible persons about this complaint. No action no response
