A best service I have never seen. Very good timely responce...immediate resolution... customer care executives are very friendly and providing right directions. i have seen a problem with one or two customer relationship centers other than I am fully satisfied with airtel service.

Dear Airtel,
I am Using This Net work Fast 7 years, 5.8 years Prepaid, rest of Post paid, Hopeless Support given by Airtel. I have to dial just 121 to talk to worthless people who do not understand our issue and there is no way to escalate my problem. he's Name KRISHNA KANTH (Your Customer Care People) he don't know 'what is Customer' And 'What is customer Problem', then He Do not Talk Properly(Like a Man), Customer care for do their work properly they just wast consumer money by just pick up the call and they dint give good respond to consumer what we want. So plz try to improve the customer care to help the consumer in right way ... They are very less when compare to Andhra Pradesh customer care. ...
Then My last month's(July And Aug) 1)Bills Bill no:[protected] i Got Bill rs127.30(Value added services rs13.30 )
2)Bills Bill no:[protected] i Got Bill rs165.91(Value added services rs14.00 )
Then i go discounts on those bills(because Value added services is extra)
Now i call to customer care (DATE[protected] & TIME BIT WIN10.20 P.M TO 10.43P.M MOBILE [protected]),
Then My last month's(oct) Bills Bill no:[protected] i Got Bill rs131.46(Value added services rs13.60), i need Discount of this bill, witch is i Pay Extra Value added services rs13.60,
Then I Remove the network (with my team of 1500+ i cug 26 99, and i cug 26 199... 299... etc).
