I have modified my post paid plan but for 3 months I have been billed at the ols rates. Though my bill mentions the new plan I have been billed at the old rates. I have been trying to raise a customer care ticket but when I call back on an update I get a response as the ticket is closed without any action being done on my case. This has been going on for 3 month, I have also talked to the airtel CC manager but the only response I get is we will get back to you. I feel harassed and angered at the way these people have behaved with me.
I have absolutely no avenue to escalate the issue and get it resolved. I had taken airtel because I believed it had a good coverage and a good customer care but i m absolutely distressed by my situation.
