I was an Airtel Datcard customer bearing the Airtel no [protected] who bought this number from Airtel. Since I have bought this number, I have never been able to access net from my residence in Ghatkopar-west.Since I have been lodging complaints, none of the official ever tried to solve my problem and I have been getting continuous bills even after repeated complaints.No I am getting threatening calls from Some Advocate Siraj Choudhary (his number-[protected]) from some Delhi session court with regards to the pending bills.One thing I have been very clear that the Airtel does not have proper service in all the areas.They have a pathetic service and no heed at all towards the customer complaints.One thing they do very well sending the bills on time and regular and rigorous follow-up to the customers with regards to bill payment.I had also forwarded my request for cancellation of my number as I have never been able to access the internet through the datacard.Infact I have never used it since ever after i was confirmed that I would never get a connection .I think this is an unjust action taken against any customer and threatening dadagiri, they are doing towards people.Please tell me why should I pay when I have already paid the dongle charges and an amount approximate of Rs 800 or above to them while taking the datacard. I would seek a legal assistance to take these people to task and save the hard earned money of the people from draining into the mouth of such service companies who earn in crores from customers by way of charging extra services without even intimating customers.
