We are using the mobile line no.[protected] for such a long time. We have shifted and we have given the change address request to the airtel. But getting change of address proof will get delayed for some time. Now, the airtel has barred my outgoing and incoming calls. we are very much annoyed this kind of service provided by airtel. In this regard i have mailed to the apellet officer/Nodal officer/Ombudsman, but no response from them. we have made so many calls to customer care also. some CC Executives are telling it can be activated and some cc executives are replying as it cannot be activated. Is it means if any of the customer changing the address/shifting they should not use airtel further?
