[Resolved] Airtel Postpaid — missed calls alerts

Hi My Mobile no. is [protected], you have deducted Rs. 25 from my mobile towards hallo tune and this is happened second time, in first time I have got after calling so many times, it happen again today, I have called to pune customer care today but your customer care is useless and third class , I have never seen customer care like this . they told me you will not get balance. Back, I have never told you to activate hallo tune why you charge that without my permission. You don’t have any authority to charge that. I am waiting for your response that why you charge that ?
