Hi,
I have been offered a scheme from the Airtel customer care executive, actually they called me up and give me that offer for 3 months which is I have to pay only Rs 300/- if my gross bill is Rs 500/- but now after 3 months are over they are saying they didn't offer any such scheme to me and I need to pay around Rs 1750/- and after that they disconnected my connection. Now I am not able to call even customer care to have some clarity about that offer and descripancy in the bill amount. For the last more than 4 years I'm a customer of Airtel.
Request you to please lookinto this issue or otherwise I'm forced to go to consumer court and file suite against Airtel.
