As of two months ago, the name on my account has been changed by Airtel to Manjunatha, ND. My name is Suresh Doraiswamy. How can an account name be changed unless somebody has cracked into their accounting system and changed the name? My whole identity in Airtel records are changed to "Manjunatha ND". If Airtel's accounting practises and Accounting System is so vulnerable then tomorrow anybody can crack into any Airtel account and make unauthorized charges. I have complained about this problem 3 times to Airtel and nothing has been done. TRAI does not accept complaints since they are on the side of AIRTEL against consumers. I have complained about Airtel's POOR Quality of SERVICE (QOS) several times during the past one year, all complaints fall on deaf ears.
I feel that I am being forced out of Airtel network to go to another service provider. Who is responsible for invesigating this? Not TRAI, Not AIRTEL, then who?? Was this information helpful? |
