[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid — VAS Deactivation

they've done that in my case as well. They started cricket updates for me..

my no. Is [protected]. I deactivated a VAS for cricket. Still my blnce is debited.pls stop.

I am facing the problem of automatic balance deduction from my airtel prepaid connection - [protected].

In spite of repetative reminders to Airtel, Airtel has not stopped the autoactivation of some VAS & constantly deducting the balnce.

missu5 subscription services even when i have never ever subscribed for them. i tried to unsubscribed for that but its still keep on deducting. i have tried calling the cust. care but it never gets through. all i get is currently all lines are busy. please call later. please rectify my problem, my number [protected]

I do not know how AIRTEL PICTURE POST is activated on my mobile without my confirmation

Please deactivate all value added services from [protected] and stop deduction money from my account.I conducted airtel customer care people & made a compliant.but still it is not deactivated.so please deactivate it as soon as possible.

AirTel — deactivation of VAS

Dear Sir,
For the past one month my account has been deducted with Rs 1/day for jokes automatically. i had not sent any message to activate this package nor did i call any number. i am at a loss to understand how the service has been activated unilaterally. i tried to unsubscribe to the service but did not succeed. i do not wish to receive these jokes and i dont know how this pack is getting activated kindly look into the matter as soon as possible. my mobile no is [protected]
