Airtel Prepaid — Several Problems
I am a Airtel Customer(no:[protected])from Sahibganj,JharkhandWhenever any of my problem/s rectified by the C/Care they
require my feedback which I give invariably.
But whenever any/some of my problem not rectified or temporarily
rectified,I have only option to complain & wait & repeat it,
though the result is zero.
As you check from record that I frequently recharge,use spl.
tarrif,sending messages,using GPRS,and go out of home net work
and giving bills in roaming call/msg etc.
I have some bitter experices which is not rectified till date,
some times I replied by C/Care in a rough tone and even as
"Aapko jo karna ho kar lo,main kuch nahi karungna"
This is the feed back from your side,though this is not in all
the times.
Now I narrate problem/s and left to you to takeup the matter
if you feel that my grievances is correct and genuine,please
rectify it under intimation to me.
(i)I regularly recharge spl.tarrif(presently valid upto
27.09.09,in which call charge is 0.30 for A to A,0.60 for
other local(Bihar & Jharkhand)and all STD 1.00.It is several
experience that even within validity of spl.tarrif,all on a
sudden the billing is normal as if I'm not availing spl.tarrif.
After several complaint the future billing is corrected without
refunding the excess amt.It is difficult to view all call bills,
though I'm giving one example.
On 21.08.09 at about 10.40 a.m from Patna(i.e not in roaming)
I called a local bsnl No:([protected]) for 2 mts.Tarrif will be
Rs1.20,charged Rs2/-
(ii)Whenever I go to W.B particularly at Kolkatta,my cell not
accessing Ind Airtel automatically.In every 5 to 10 mts I have
the only option to search network mannually which again not
accessing after 5 to 10 mts.
C/care flatly said to contact local(i.e Jharkhand)C/Care and
also informed that from there I have to pay normal roaming
rate while I call to local C/Care.
In this problem I remember some day in Nov'08 or Dec'09
there is some unwanted reply as I quoted above.
(iii)From last 10 to 15 days I am in local network but my cell
is accessing 'Ind airtel' instead of 'Airtel'
For all the above problem I have complained
several times by call and messages to 121 and 876,
BUT NO RESULT.
I will not say any thing more,if you think
the matter is genuine please takeup.

iam seeking for hellotune of cheli, movie(varshinche meghamla)
Am a airtel customer for the past 2years. My mobile number is [protected] - Prepaid connection. due to friendship day Airtel have been charged me Rs.64 for sending sms without prior intimation. I agree that airtel will charge money for sending sms from most of the airtel customers, but they will initimate to everyone that they will charge 50p per sms if you send for deepavali, pongal, new year, etc. but for this friendship day i am not aware of that they will charge. Because I didn't receive any sms from them so me too used SMS facility. Now I need my Rs.64 back. I raised a complaint on airtel customer care and they said, they will call back within 24hours. Still I didn't receive any msg or calls. Because of this i faced lot of problems. Then this case is not for me alone. My friends also faced this same type of problems. Need a Valid Response for this.

iam seeking for hello tune of cheli, movie (manohara)telugu so i requesting you to please update the abow song as per as sooonthank you
