[Resolved]  Airtel Prepaid — Unwanted subscription of cricket alerts

The resolution and positive response from Airtel. But still this is a nuisance.

By sending STOP sms to 121 and UNS to 52906 you are confirming that you have subscribed this service. You should never send request for un subscription if you have not subscribed. Ask service provider to remove the service and refund the money deducted.

I am also facing the same problem. Cricket alert is activated on my number without request & unable to stop the same. Rs. 5 are deducted from balance every 5 days. I have send sms STOP to 121 many times but of no use. My mobile number is [protected].

Is this service can be stopped ? otherwise I have no choice to stop the connection

The same thing happened to me. I am getting cricket updates though i have not subscribed to it. Getting some Promotion SMS also. Its really a headache.

i too face the same problem.is it a way of making money for connections?i am losing 7 rupees per week since one and half month.i have not opted for cricket alerts, plz find me a solution

Airtel Prepaid — Unwanted Subscription headache

From past few weeks I m getting some baba ramdev messages reagarding health messages.

I have got sms saying that please call this number to dactivate the service, When i call that number after too many trials also, i have not got any option to deactivate the service.

I also tried to reach customer care number 121 but that also fails everytime I make a call the reply I am getting is that just all customer care executive are busy please try after some time.

This is worst service from airtel.

Please stop all such nonsence and I want to deactivate my service as early as possible. also please refund my money whatever are getting deducted becoz of this from last two - three weeks.

Sir, I have Purchased a new Sim [protected], and on same day submitted all necessary document, It was activated on same day. but the problem start from next day I was able to receive the call but having problem during outgoing call (I can't made Outgoing Call inspite of sufficiet balance), when I dial for *123# to check balance it shows "you are not the prepaid customer" now after 2-3 days mobile does not accept the sim & Shows "Sim Registration Failed"
Kindly Solve my problem, and get my sim worked

WIth refrence to my earlier compalaints belonging to mobile no. [protected] it was said by Manoj Kumar Srivastava that you concern has been resolved on 12th september, but when i reached to your airtel shopee to change the sim, they told me that you no. has been deleted from system, now I don't no what I have to do, please solve my problem or have a option to put the case with Grahak Manch

I am a airtel prepaid customer since last 10 years.My no. is [protected].I have not subscribed for cricket score sms nor for any other service.But forcefully the cricket score sms are sent by the smart airtel girls and boys.I am noway interested in such type of service/sms.I appeal senior airtel officers to look into the matter and do needful.

Cricket alerts very disturbed how to stop this one otherwise i change my network service actually i don't no how to activate this alerts

Just type (stop & send to 121) and folllow the instruction,
And enjoy its totally deactivated!!!
