[Resolved] Airtel (Prepaid) — Non activation of duplicate sim card

To whomsoever it may concern. I, Malcolm, ([protected]) had lost my sim card and immediately had ordered airtel to block my card. they did the same. subsequently, i aquired a duplicate sim card from the airtel gallery in mulund, mumbai. they had assured me that my sim would be activated in 24 hours. i have lost a count of the number of hours past since i got my duplicate sim card. but yet it has not been activated. after several calls to the customer care, i havent got a proper solution. they are asking me to go to the mulund centre again to seek clarification. i want the airtel people to know that i am not sitting here just to visit your centres now and then. i have loads of other important work.i would ask you to look in to this matter at the earliest and come up with a logical and quick solution. airtel preapaid No. — Duplicate SIM not yet activated

I lost my Mobile with the SIM 7 Days ago.And I took the duplicate SIM on 11/03/2008, Tuesday from Sec-17
Chandigarh Airtel Complaint Center,
But till Date I don`t Know my balance in my A/c
and my No. is still Not Activated because of wchich i`am losing my money every single day

Kindly start my No. As soon as possible
