[Resolved] Airtel Prepaid — deactivate VAS thought for the day

Iam a subsciber of airtel prepaid . From the 13th june 2009 onwards Rs 3 is deducted every day from my prepaid account towards THOUGHT FOR THE DAY as vas . but i have never asked for this service, A complaint wae already registered at POOJA TELECOM. KALYAN west yesterday. where they I was assured there will not be any futher deductions. but to day once again my accounted is debited .The thought fot the day message is from 290603. i have purchased duplicate card for my airtel no [protected] from Pooja Telecom, Kalyan west on 12 November 2009 @ 13:00 Hrs. they assured me your sim will be activate within 4 hrs. But tills today 13 Nov 09 @ 11:45 Hrs my sim is not activated. i called on 121 but the person on line has told me that you have to go at airtel customer care centre only. due to my working hrs it is not possible me to go in your time, please help me.
