dear sir,
This is complaint to you, without my permision your company start wap service, on my mobile no[protected].i have alredy complin in customer care, and he told me he stop the service, but again my balance is deducted by this service, every day Rs.10. will be deducted . so i requested to you please stop this servie i have no need for it. so please kindly pay attaintion..

My Mobile No. is +[protected], I have Subscribed in wap.mobifun.in mistakely, so at that i immediately called to your executive name Mr Nilesh and talked that I will Unsubscribed and stop these sevices and next month your money should not cut. But these morning Dated[protected] timed 09:51:37 A.M. i will received another message from these services and also cut the 20 Rs. from my account balance from my mobile so at that time i again call to executive First time i will explane all these but He cut the Phone and than again i will try at talk with name Mr. Maulik He said that you will not get money back. But it is not Right things Why cut money again. So Please Refund Money to my Account. De-Activate (STOP) these services so again my Rupees is not cut. So please refund 20 Rs. to my Account Balance.
