Subject: Regarding wrong deduction of amount for GPRS services.
Dear Sir,
I have activated GPRS connection on my mobile and the terrif charges for GPRS connection is 14.99 per day, but i am facing a problem relating to false deduction of my account.
My prepaid account got deducted for Rs75 and Rs60 in a single day for GPRS services. I have call the customer care first on 7th Aug 2008 evening and informed them about the false deduction of VAS (value added services)charges from my account and ask them to clarify, in return CC (customer care) executive told me to call after 24 hrs as there system is not updated. on the same day at night my prepaid a/c again been deducted thrice for VAS and same was informed to the CC executive.
I have called again on 8th Aug but get the same reply to wait for 24hrs as there system is not updated.
I didn't get any reply or information through SMS for the CC executive relating to this problem till 13th Aug...
On 14th Aug I am experienced the same problem this time my account get deducted for 45 Rs in a single day. Same was informed to CC executive but no response as there system is not updated.

Airtel Prepaid Service — uncorrect billing
I have activated a top-up pack of Rs. 74 that allows me to make local calls at Rs. 0.50 and std calls at Rs. 1.00...While all my other std calls are charged at Rs. 1.00 there is one particular number which is always charged at Rs.1.50...My number is from Maharashtra and I am currently in Mumbai...Although it shows roaming between the two circles it is not considered to be roaming...I lodged a complaint against this around 15 days back and again raised the issue after 4 days...The guys taking the calls saw the problem and has assured me that Rs.30 will be debited to my account within 48 hrs(and then again they said within 96 hrs)...But nothing has happened in this regard till date...I am still being charged Rs. 1.50 for the number...And have lost a large amount of money...
While talking to a certain customer care executive in this regard I had been talked to very rudely...I had lodged another complaint against this kind of behaviour and was promised that some action will be taken within 24 hrs and I would get a call from airtel...
Kindly look into the matter and do the needful...

Dear sir/Mam,My Rs.49 had been deducted from my balance. After talking to customer care ex. Rs. 25 had been credited but still Rs. -24 remaining. I talked to customer care ex. 4-5 times, they committed me to give response with in 24 hrs. but they fail to do the same.
Airtel Prepaid — Mobile Office
I have recharged my account for Rs.374 so as to activate Mobile Office.The activation time required was told to be 48 hrs.But even after a week I am not able to use internet on my phone.I called customer care every day and the reply I got was some updation work was in progress so please try after 8 hrs.After few days when I tried calling Customer care they didnt hand over my call to the executive instead they are telling to sms the complaints to 121.I called the customer care from another number and asked why my number was banned, then they told that it is due to frequent calling.If this is the case then where should we report our complaints.I never expected such a bad service from Airtel.From my experience I learned that if they are not able to solve our complaints on our first reporting then we should not try to report it further or our number will be banned and we will not be able to call customer care.So all Airtel users please be aware of this. i want to incoming and outgoing details for last three month. if possible as soon as early send me detail. thank you.

Airtel Prepaid — wrongly recharged on other mobile
i went to mobile store, authorised service providers, to get recharge of my airtel prepaid on 20/08/08 near 6:00 pm, but due to wrong feeding of my number i.e. [protected] the recharge of Rs. 444, was done in [protected].on several requests they are not giving the solution as to what can be done.
please help me at the earliest

Airtel Prepaid — bad services
MY Number is [protected] and one month before ie in July i have been asked to submit the address proof for which i had wasted my 3 working days visiting the airtel gallery and submitted all the required documents and got the aknowledgement for the same. But now again i am getting sms from airtel to submit the address proof.When ever i call 121..CSE has to say only one thing that they cant give any information...just visit Airtel Gallery. Then Why is this 121 services? ...just to guide the customer to the gallery...I need a revert as what to be done now. Should i cancel airtel card and take another company card. hey i can help u .i faced the same problem with two of my sim cards.Dont submit the documents to the airtel gallery guys.(bunch of bones in red shirts) Go straight to ARC (Airtel Relationship center) and submit the id proof & foto. They process it directly.(The doc you give to gallery goes thru a service agent and roams the whole city before it reaches airtel). After that and a plethora of other problems, including coverage, call dropping, calls being overheard, late sms delivery...I dropped airtel for good.
