can i get a list of incoming & outgoing calls list on net of by prepaid no . plz give me the detail of reason about the issue

I sent email to the id [protected]@in.airtel.com on 28th of Oct 2011, it is bounced back to me yesterday. So forwarded chain email again to [protected]@in.airtel.com today.

Airtel Prepaid — disconnection twice

I have taken an Airtel pre-paid connection on 25.09.2011 after submitting all relevant documents.On 10th October my connection was disconnected by Airtel authority and told by cust care that my documents is incomplete.After about 8 days it is started and again it is disconnected from today that is 02.11.2011. My mobile no. is [protected]. Please do something.

Respected sir, I lost my mobile yesterday around 16.40, immediately I contacted your galary and asked for blocking my number [protected] bearing sim card number[protected] and issue me a new sim card, accordingly on my request your galary at Vile Parle (E), issued me a new sim card having same mobile number and informed me that the new sim card will get activated within one hour, but even after 20 hours neither my old number is blocked nor the new sim card is activated. Airtel prepaid mobile — Activate unnecessary Service

I submitted a complain against Bharti Airtel Ltd.
Actually without any reason in the last 30 days my Airtel Prepaid mobile balance was reduced daily. When I call Airtel customer care they were not answer to my question. They said to me that one service active in my phone that’s why balance was cut.
But without my response this service active daily. When I deactive this service in the morning automatically this service active in the evening, how is it possible. That’s why I file a complain against us. Untill today Rs: 30.00 or above cut from my ph number without any reason.

They were not serious against me.
I complain several times but they were not take any action against my complain.

Airtel Prepaid — RS 285 deducted without any call on date 11.11.2011

Today my prepaid mobile no balance deducted by 285 rupees without any call.My mobile no is [protected].taday my balance was 287 rupees now showing 2.00 rupees.I talk with customer care bt they told me you are used 285 rupees in GSM service.Taday i am busy in my meeting.How it is possible.Today due to that i am facing lot of problem due to that unsufficiant service by airtel mobile.

Airtel Prepaid — 50 Rs Deducted Amount for Game Downloading

Just now I got SMS that" Thanks for downloading Java Game from Airtel. You have been charged Rs. 50.

I have not downloaded anything. They are cheating.

Airtel Prepaid — Wrong Value Added Services (VAS) Charge

Dear Sir;

My Airtel Prepaid Mobile No. is: [protected].

On 11.11.2011 at 07.45 PM, I suddenly got a message (SMS) from Airtel, which is reproduced below:
" Thanks for downloading GayatriMantraAndChalisa from Airtel. You have been charged Rs 99."
Kindly note that I have not requested by any means for this service. Without my applying, requesting, desiring how they can give me some service and charge for that?
I contacted Airtel Customer care, but they have not returned/ credited back the amount. More over, they are saying, "you must have asked for the service", which is completely false. Further, when I asked " When did I ask for the service", they are not in a position to reply. The company has cheated me. Please help.

Airtel Prepaid — MMS Service

I use mobile No.[protected] - Airtel prepaid service. Though I have not activated any value added services, I am getting message that MMS Service is activated and Rs.2 deducted. I tried to speak to airtel customer care officer and it was never a possibility. I wish a top executive from Airtel try reaching the Airtel customer care from any common airtel telephone number and see the service provided by them. I tried a solution through google, it directs to the page which talks about how to subscribe I could not find any information about unsubscribe. If anyone knows how to deactivate please reply.

This is to inform that the query is not yet resolved, and I have got Rs.300.00/- in my mobile on 17th of this month.
I don't understand why only Rs. 300.00/- has come to my mobile?
Kindly check and refund the remaining amount for three transaction that is Rs. 699.00/- (each transaction Rs.333.00 * 3 times = 999 - 300 = 699.00/-).
