Airtel Sim — Regarding outgoing services
My no. [protected] ka outgoing barred but message shows it is valid till 12 oct2008Airtel Prepaid SIM — very very poor service of internet service
Dear Sir,I am very sorry to inform you that your internet service form Jaipur is very poor . While I made complain than form your part take it a revengeful and now I can not accsed the service. Please make it sure that your company can provide this service properly or not . My all lines are jammed for your costumer care service center . Now I am unable to make any contact to the costumer care service center.

We already submitted ID Proof (Voter ID Card), What else Company needed.
Don't you think company should Inform first before putting off the phone
And if some one came to verify at home, they should atleast inform in advance.

Prepaid Sim — very poor service
i purchased airtel prepaid sim([protected]) 8 months back..now they are asking for ID proof, ...no matter ...i submitted the ID proof and all other DoC 3 week back...at O-9, lajpat nagar-2(airtel outlet)...but they have not submitted those doc. further...
and that too they are not responding to the customer...
at the end the customer is facing he problem...
(No matter how good is the brand, service makes the difference)...
