Sir, i have airtel connection in my samsung model of cell.Whenever their is a situation of paying bill(e-bill), i receive a msg regardin you have been renewed for YAHOO ZONE..you will be charged rs.30.however i have not subscribed 2 any of such services.i want to unsubscribe this.i have also sent msg to dat particular no.but it sends.YOU ARE NOT SUBSCRIBED TO ANY OF THIS SERVICES..kindly help me unsubscribe YAHOO ZONE.for the no.[protected].

I have told yahoo zone to unsubscribe yahoo zone on my mobile no. ( Airtel sim ) [protected]. I met with the authorized dealer in my area for the same purpose many times. All times he said he has told to unsubscribe yahoo zone, but invain. It is more than 2 months i have been trying, I filled the form of yahoo zone to unsubscribe but it too did not work. And Yahoo zone is charging Rs. 10 each week.
Kindly help me to put this complain before some authorized person of Airtel and Yahoo zone so that I can get Yahoo zone unsubscribed on my mobile. Thank you

hi you can unsubscribe this by sending a sms to 58243 mentioning YUNSUB. it works.
i also get unsubscribed after paying a lot of 10 rs charges.

AirTel — Send SMS to unsubscribe from Yahoo Zone!

Finally i got unsubscribed from the Yahoo Zone! service. The WAP link provided from Airtel won't open at all. So i called up Customer care, and i have got this SMS format to unsubscribe from the service

Send this SMS "YUNSUB" to 58243 and the SMS charges 3/- per SMS
