[Resolved] Airtel Retailer — not receiving balance transfer to customer

dear sir, i m retailer since last 5 year, i was gatting regular balance for transfer from distributor.but since last two week distributor can't transfer balance. he says that my fos [protected] can't transfer balance in my account. i had inquired to customer care [protected], they said there is no problame in my card my card is already lapu card, so please help my distibitor apsara enterprise, ahmedabad. please do the needfull for the same. & help my distributor to help me. thanking you your's truly n., a.brahmbhatt (unnati electrcals bapunagar, ahmedabad Was this information helpful? Sir I have opened new Xerox and Browsing Centre in my village i.e., Puducherry state, Ariyankuppam Panchayat, Manavely village, so I would like to start airtel retailers from my shop in this need of I have approached to my area dealer (Ariyankuppam), they said that will not give you a SimCard, and not response with misbehavior and I asked recharge card they will give me without advertisement sheet, I asked them i.e., how to know the people recharge card available in my shop, that they replied i dont know and not having advertisement card..so I am very upset, because Vodafone, Idea, BSNL also approaching good behaviour and issued me a SIM card, only airtel branch dealer has irresponsible. kindly check them and do the needful.

Dear Sir,
main 2 month pahle hi retailer sim liya hoon abhi tk 17, 000 ka transaction kar chuka hoon but abhi tk main customer ka offer chek nhi kr pa rha hoon issi wajah se atirikt commission ka labh nhi le pa rha hoon.

piease help me sir.
