Sir, I am Mehul Parkhiya a Customer of Airtel Gujarat with Mobile No. [protected] since 19/07/2012, I am a Government Employee of P.G.V.C.L. ( Electricity Company ) at Jasdan-360050 Dist. Rajkot, State Gujarat
On 16/10/2012 Airtel company has disconnect my mobile Incoming & Outgoing service on just a fake request of lost Sim Card and due to this one Government employee is about to suspend from his job.
The whole case was start before a week , Airtel retailer or distributor of Rajkot Mr. Ankit Kotecha whose mobile number is [protected] has visited my local PGVCL Office for the query of his relative and ask me why his ( his relative's ) Electricity bill is high so i solve his query and told him to pay as per government rule , but he request me to less the bill amount which was not possible as i am a honest employee of my government company, so he gave me threat that if i will not make bill amount less then he will disconnect my mobile service when i need it ( he knows that this time in gujarat is under ACHAR SAMHITA and all we government employee should on their cellular card for 24 hours emergency ) and that will effect on your job ( this all was in front of my colleagues ) , so I told him that i am a regular customer of airtel mobile service and pay my mobile bill regularly before due date so that company never disconnect my mobile service, so he told me that there are many ways to disconnect the mobile service and you 300 to 500 Rs. customers don't know us.
So i already complaint about it on 121 Customer Care with reference id No. [protected] on 10/10/2012 that please don't disconnect my mobile service without any confirmation with me on call due to threat by your retailer and as I am a government employee and due to this I should lost my valuable job, so he also agree with me and told "Sir , Our company never disconnect your service if you pay your mobile bill on time , and if regarding any other reason we have to disconnect your service then we will call you before do it"
But today approx 12:15 to 12:30 PM when i have to call on my S.S. to stop the power it says "This Numbers' Call Service is Temporary Unavailabe" so I thought that his mobile number is in problem so i tried it 3 to 4 times and I check my mobile and found it with Stop Service , So I call to 121 and ask him why they disconnect my service so she check and told me that your simcard is lost so as per our retailer's request we disconnect your service so I told her whole the case and ask her to transfer the call to Senior Executive so she transfered me to there but I was surprised that Airtel executive told me that they don't do anything if their retailer make a fake request ( which he threat before ) and you disturb.
So I Want to file this case against AIRTEL , and I also send a message to porting myself and my colleagues From Airtel to Idea.
I just sent this mail to check Airtel company policy which is completely against government and doing the work which is Intercept to Government DUTY and government work.
