Airtel — ripping off and no customer service
Hi,i have a cell phone connection with Airtel for the last past 3 months and since the time i have the number activated i have been having problem with the services, initially i had problems with my call and my msg's, my call would drop in less then 20 sec andmy msgs wrer not being delivered real time (either sent or received). complaint a number of times on the customer care but got no resolution, when called the guy who initially handed over the sim card to help me with a managers number from the service sector, He took more then a week and never responded with the number, when sent him couple of msg's to help me with the number but i still received no response when called him after a week he mentioned that he will call back and give the number, however never heard from him for the next week. I have had to call him again to request for the number, after which he gave me a number, when i called on the number the number happened to be of one of the managers from the sales team. When i naratted my story to him he mentioend he will give me a call later as he was busy that time, again the same thing. i had to wait for over a week but still didn receive any call, when called him again he said that he had spoken with the technical guys and resolved the issue which i failed to understand as i was still having problems. I had to give up on him and didnt know who could i contact to have my issue resolved. i am tired of typing down everything as i have naratted this to everybody in Airtel but no, i also requested for a number for the Nodal Officer, however dont seem to be getting connected.
Please have this issue resolved.
