i had taken broadband connection from the trishul communication franchisee of airtel in salt lake city kolkata and they did not issue a receipt for the money taken as deposit.thereafter they provided an ineternet connection but the phone was not installed even after repeated requests to the local customer care centre and theie office.the receipt was also not given on the pretext that they were out of stock of receipt.i feel that this is a complete negligence on the part of the management to handle a basic necessity of a consumer.till date i have not received the receipt or the phone handset.
