Hi,
I had raised complaint on 1st Oct 2012 regarding I got SMS as "thanks for downloading [protected]@_RS_ from your air-tel, Yo have been changed Rs 99 " and i have not downloaded any link or not registered on any link so request for no not include 99 Rs amt on bill so customer care execute was agree with my comment and he provided me reference number for call execution. Executive had told me that we will not add Rs 99 on your bill.
But i got bill from current month and that amount is included on bill. Today (25th OCT 2012) at 2.44 PM i called on air-tel customer care but now he is not agree on same issue and not talking with me regarding issue. He disconnected same call .
Its very bad impression from customer care officer.
very shame thing coming with air-tel.
