this is that i buy a car maruti alto LX from akanksha automobiles in the year 2008 the complaint is this that they give me recondition car and charge the new car price from me please take some appropriate action against akanksha automobilesDealer complaint New cars — manager's behaviour is very bad

Dear sir, i am dealer of cross road jo chevrolet car;s sale karte hai.hamare yaha se custumers ki loan file's HDFC BANK me lagayi jati hai,jise approved karane ke liye aapke Manager Mr.Sanjay Dwivedi jo Kanpur location ko dekhte hai wo hamare customer's ka loan approved karane ke liye money demand karte hai. aur hamare yaha ke sales mans se kehkar jate hai ki agar aap hame case doge to main aapko alag se Rs2000 dumga.
So i request to you please aap apne manager Mr.Dwivedi ko samjha de ki is tarah ki gandgi hamari dealership par mat kare nahi toh hame HDFC BANK se business band karna padega jab ki hamara HDFC BANK se bahut accha relation raha hai...........................

Refusal of Warranty, Bad Behaviour of Dealer managerDear Sir,
I have puchases Alto Lx from M/s Vipul Motors, Faridabad.. on 7th Dec.2006.. Just 2nd a half year past.. & I have done all the 4 services from the same dealer.. Just from 3rd service I shown the problem for rust formation but they did not move.. My car got rusty from the Diggy Mtg. Areas very baddly & Side doors bottom area & The most important part is Steering Handle Rubber Bonding crack.. When show to M/s Vipul motors .. One of Manger Mr. Harjinder.. How roood he is .. He thinks customer is a headeche.. to attand. Told me these things not cover in warranty & We know maruti quality is going down day by day.. so u have to pay for Rs.1000/- Steeering handle Rubber & Rusty part estimate take from our next departement.. we are not concern for this... OHHHHHHHHHHH my God .. It was pathetic for me to absorve.
I am a Manger in M/s Yamaha Motors india Ltd. in Service Deptt. from Last 20 years.. & Handled various challenging Area.. We think the customer is the real boss.. But here very sorry to say ur manager is boss.
If somebody from Maruti Will not listen my plea.. than I will take next action to put all the pics. of the defective area of my car to send to all leading news paper... & on Internet blogs with my own words.. I m very fed up..
