Alto Lxi — poor service
This is to inform that my car KL 59 8215 is having some air conditioning complaints .The pressure pipe fitted has got leaking. my car is under extended warranty so i informed the failure to POPULAR payyanur before 2 weeks and kept my car with them for 5 days.Nothing has been done for 5 days so i took my car back and they told me to call them after 2 days. when phone after 2 days they are saying the same thing to call after 3 days.sincerely

MARUTI SUZKI ALTO LX — BAD SERVICES
DEAR SIRI want to inform u that i have buy a car in sep 21th 2009 from goyal motor solan and after first service due to there worker problem was created that was related to the reverse gear light was no working and they told me taht with in 15 days they will settel this issue bit near buy more the v1andhalf month have gone there is no response from there side even at the time of car purchaing time there was some schem going and i was part of it but they havr not cliam that also sia, due to this i m am mintaly depressed sir so i here by hope that u will help me out and provided me with bsatcifactory results

ALTO LX — Regarding service
Dear Sir,M having a Maruti Alto Lx which i have purchased from M/S shaurya Motors in the month of June 2009.During first service of my vehicle i tell them that thr is problems in the break leather bcs of this front two rims of car is always in black shape.But from my first service to last service i dnt get the solution and car Horn is also not working properly.M not driving my car in Hilly areas.
From last two days M chasing shaurya motors peoples,I called Mr Amit who is customer care manager,such a nice nd responsible guy bcs he always intouch wd me regarding the problem.bt he ws on leave and he given this call to someboby in his office.They called me and tell me that They have to chnge the leathers and i have to pay for the same,I tell them that i m chasing u people from very first day bt u dnt able to solve the problem and if problem came form very first days then why should i pay the amount?
After this they tols me that they will collect my vehicle form my office at 10 am but nobody is thr to collect the vehicle.
You r kindly requested to replace the leather and Horn without charge bcs this problem i m facing from very first day.

ALTO LX — Gear Problem
Dear Sir,On 10th of july 2007. I purchase ALTO LX car from your Gulzar Ludhiana dealer.your product is giving me Gear problem from the date of purchase to till today.Two tmies i went your stan auto jalandhar for sevice and tell hm i facing gear problem but till today problem is not solve. give me reply

ALTO LX — Poor service and reception
Dear sirI am the customer of Maruti Alto bearing Reg No HR26AL6382, I purchase the car from Apra Auto Gurgoan and done all the service from Compitant info city Gurgoan, this w/s is very poor in following ways .
1, No proper reception.
2. Soft skill of service Advisors is very poor.
3.Not deliver the vehical on committed time.
4 Not done any job allocation work by floor incharge.
5 Make a dent in left funder during service and not take any countermeasure for recorrecting the mistake,
6 Job card opening time is more then half hr .
7 Insurance person given the washing coupen but washing is horrible.
8 service advisor not checking thr vehical service during service carried out by tech.
All in brief this workshop de branding the name of Maruti service.
