Not received my DL

Dear Sir/Madam,
I had my driving test for LMV and MCWG on 18th Nov 2009, and unfortunately i passed the LMV test only. And they took my learner's licence and issued me a receipt saying passed LMV only, on the same day the motor vehicle inspector adviced me rebook a test for MCWG in a weeks time. So i went online and rebooked for the MCWG test for a week later. When i went there on the test day for my surprise they said i can't take the test. They told me to wait for the DL to be received for the one i passed i.e., LMV and then apply for a learners licence again, then appear for MCWG test. I don't understand if i can't take the test why the online system accepted my booking and charged me Rs.100/- for this query they answerd me "your money just got wasted" which is very irresponsible and an inappropriate responce. Since then i been waiting to get my LMV to be received so that i can apply for MCWG once i receive my LMV, eventually it's been 5 long months that i haven't received my LMV so far till today. Meanwhile i tried to track it while visiting their office at Uppal couple of times but for heavens sake no colleague over there are neither helpful nor responsive. It's the most dreadful service by AP transport and they are very ill treating common people. I even complained regarding this over their website (www.aptransport.org) but no response. Obtaining a DL without bribing or contacting touts around the RTA seems to be a mirage.

syed mahmood hussain has applied driving licence for renewal in R.T.A hyderabad east malakpet, hyderabad on[protected] on address as 16-11-16/N/3 moosaram bagh malakpet hyderabad 36. the above said ems no is EN[protected]IN YET NOT RECIEVED TO THE CUSTOMER AND NOT RETURNED TO R.T.A. PLEASE KIND HELP.
2. ANOTHER CUSTOMER HAS APPLIUED FOR THE NEW VEHICLE REGISTRATION IN R.T.A. IBRAHIMPATNAM, R.R.DIST.HIS RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS IS MOHD ABDUL AZIZ 5-67 & 9-129 WADI E HADEES, PAHADI SHAREEF ROAD R.R.DIST. HIS EMS NO IS ( EN[protected] IN ) YET NOT RECIEVED NOT RETURNED TO R.T.A

As i S.Narsing rao had given my 4 wheeler Driving Test in Nagole on 8th sep but till now i didnt receive my license Now we came to know that Brokers are very puntchual than RTO officers Bcoz one of my friend got the license in 1month through the broker after taking his LL if you are Puntchual towards your work kindly send my license as fast as possible details are given below

Pls Kindly try to serve the Public... and Dont Delay the Work

This is Subbaraju.k.V.I applied for renewel of my driving license on June 14th 2010 for LMV and Two weeler.And my application no is AP328/5801/2010/L.And i appraoced to the office 5 to 6 times and there is no response for my renewel of driving Licence. Kindly arrange to issue my driving license(Renewel)as soon as possible.My cell no is [protected].
