Worst service after a year

I m writing this email regarding I have faced a critical service issue regarding my yamaha 2 wheeler vehicle service without knowing the defact and not considered the service as same after taking a service kept my vehicle for under service for more than 4 days but the service not done properly and not recetifing the service problem properly and handover the my vehicle without doing proper service...

For not connecting the Bluetooth of the Yamaha Ray ZR Scooter

It's been a month since I bought a new car. When I bought the car, they didn't connect it. They said they would do it during the service. Later, during the bus service, they said they had different exceptions.
If Bluetooth connection continues like this, I will have to file a complaint with the consumer court....

I have done all service related FZ bike V3 but unfortunately closed down showroom by the dealer, I go to new service center of Yamaha but they are denied relace my bike part, even if warranty period is available, because of that system is not showing my service details online in yamaha system. Yamaha FZS V4 - After 5000km rim damage happened on regular use

I bought motorcycle on July of 2024, After 5000km, I found the front & Rear alloy wheel get damaged and even could not get the current response for the warranty replacement.

Staff's from dealer side (Sun motors) and from Yamaha customer care are avoiding my request to answer properly.
Till now I didnot get the proper solution for warranty replacement.

Break down of new scooty after being bought from showroom

I have bought Aerox(Silver), Chassis No. ME1SG7544R0001186 ON 18TH May 2024. I only rode for 2 days then I was out of town and got back yesterday. Today when I tried to start the scooty it did not start or flash any light. The showroom is the main culprit named Banyan Tree Auto LLP who has sold a defective model of the scooty which doesn't even start within 2 weeks o[censored]sage.

I had purchased my FZS bike in Jan 2020, and odo meter is around 19, 000

Recently I the service I reported front brake issue and warning light in the engine. Service advisor told ABS motor failure and O2 sensor failure and need to be replaced.

I have taken 3 years extended warranty but service center people are telling it is not covered under extended warranty.

I need clarification and my issued be resolved

    Battery and Device Problem

    I have purchased a Yamaha FZS-V4 on 09/04/2023 vide registration no WB18-AJ-7505 . Within this short period Battery got down and stop working . As per your service centre comments this problem happened due to Bluetooth device . They charged the battery and running the bike .
    I request and raised the issue on26/11/23 but they have not solve the issue till now...
