I am a user of BSNL post paid mobile service. From this month bill, I came to know that a sum of Rs 150 has been deducted (on 07.10.2011) against mimobitv service for which I have never applied. Today also I received a sms of saying that "VIDEO ALERTS: Thank you for Subscribing Sports Center Rs.10/Seven Days" from 54471010, the service for which I have never asked for. This is ridiculous and should be stopped immdiately.
I have wrote this to APALYA TECHNOLOGIES, Chennai, Tamil Nadu today itself.
Please look into th matter and get resolved it from APALYA TECHNOLOGIES, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

send mail and ask the operator, bsnl, to immedeately stop the servies bcos you never wanted it and ask for the debit to be reveresed! also call the customer care.
you can just try asking the customer care- what date/time the request was made by me for the service as per your record? by which mode (makeing a call, by sending sms, etc.) the request was made ? (the person who picking up your phone will say- these info are not avalable on my terminal !!!)
please share this mishappening with all your friends verbally, through emails and networking sites like facebook and twitter.
