Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that I have bought a home UPS (800VA) on 11th
June'2009 from M.G. Electronics. Teghoria(Kolkata) for Rs14, 800. &
APC's technical person (Mr.Alam, Mob:[protected]) came to install it on
14th June'2009, After he did the installation he asked for Rs550 & I
Paid. After he left the next day 1 of the fuse went off with a burst &
my house was in dark. I called up Mr.Alam he said he cant come right
now but he can come later. Neway i had to call my local electrician &
according to him it was a wrong connection, so i asked him not to
touch, there was 2 pin socket which was put by Mr.Alam. my
electrician just changed that & he didnt touched ne of the connection.
Mr. Alam came on the next day & checked the connection & said its ok.
Again on saturday(20/6/2009) in the even around 4.30pm the fuse went
off. again i called up Mr. Alam he said i cant come you called your
electrician, i Called up M.G. electronics & they said they are taking
the action. within 10 mins i got a call from APC Kolkata saying that
our electrician will
visit your place next day morning. No1 till now has arrived &
rectified the prob, I had to call my electrician & recrified the full
connection which was connected wrongly by Mr.Alam (APC electrician),
So I just wanted to know is this the after sales service of a renouned
company called APC. if i had known this I wont have proceed with it
before. I was stunned with their service, & technical expert .
