APC Home UPS Complaints & Reviews

I had registered a complaint with APC ups customer service regarding my ups, they said they will send a guy within 7 working days, but even after 14 DAYS, no one has turned up. Repeat plea to concern authorities yielded a response from the tech who said he will be reaching within 2 hours, but even after 24 hours and to date, no one has turned up. I am really fed up calling them every day or mailing them. Is there any solution for this...

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that I have bought a home UPS (800VA) on 11th
June'2009 from M.G. Electronics. Teghoria(Kolkata) for Rs14, 800. &
APC's technical person (Mr.Alam, Mob:[protected]) came to install it on
14th June'2009, After he did the installation he asked for Rs550 & I
Paid. After he left the next day 1 of the fuse went off with a burst &
my house...
