I HAD BOUGHT A WAGNAR CAR IN THE M/O OCT. FROM APRA AUTO ( VASANT KUNJ) AND THE DEALING SALES PERSON WAS PAWAN KUMAR, WHEN I BOUGHT THE CAR, I ALSO GET FITTED THE CNG, FROM THERE ONLY, AT THE TIME OF BUYING THE CAR, THE SALES PERSON, ( PAWAN) PROMISED ME THAT HE WILL FITTED THE CNG KIT OF AURGINTINA MAKE, BUT LAST WEEK WHEN I WENT TO SERVICE CENTER OF APRA, I CHECKED THAT THE KIT WAS ITALIAN MAKE INSTEED OF AURGINTINA, AND JUST OF BECAUSE OF THAT I AM WAISTING MY TIME IN THEIR SERVICE CENTER,
FROM LAST TWO MONTH I VISIT THE SERVICE CENTER THRICE, BECAUSE OF CNG KIT, BECAUSE THE ITALIAN CNG KIT IS NOT GOOD AS COMPARE TO AURGINTIAN,
MY MANY FRIEND GET FITTED THE AURGINTIAN CNG KIT AND THEY R HAPPY, THAT IS WHY I ASKED THE SAME KIT FROM THE SALES PERSON IN THE BEGNING, BUT HE CHEATED ME AND FITTED THE INFERIOR ONE, NOW AGAIN LAST WEEK THEY CHANGE WHOLE KIT AND FITTED ANOTHER ITALIAN ONE,
STILL I AM GETTING PROBLAM WITH THIS KIT,
I AM INFORMING THE APRA TEAM THAT, THEY ARE LOOSING THEIR BRAND JUST BECAUSE OF SUCH PERSON, WHO DELIVERS THE FALSE INFORMATION TO THE CUSTOMERS AND TRY TO MAKE THEM FOOL
BUT OTHER HAND THE CNG FITTING STAFF IS GOOD AND CO-OPERATIVE, BUT WHAT EVER INSTRUCTION THEY WILL GET FROM SALES PERSON, THEY WILL ACT ACCORDINGLY
