Dear Sir,
I sent this shipment to Mumbai on 12/12/12 via a leading courier company but we lost a huge amount of money and time plus depression due to delay in the delivery. My freinds who came from Kerala to complete some legal formalities in Mumbai who were staying in a hotel had to go suffer a lot due to this. Until now the courier has no answer when they can deliver the pouch. Can we get compensation from the courier company? Can we submit a joint complaint for all o[censored]s who lost shiptment of 12th December from Dubai to Mumbai.

Cheating in costs of parcel
I have got a Parcel from china through aramex .
