[Resolved]  Asap Info Systems — Company not paying salary properly & not giving my original certificate.

My name is Sudhi PURANIK. I received various offers from Naukri and Monster regarding an opening of French translator with Accenture, Mumbai. I went through a long process of interview with Accenture through ASAP INFO SYSTEMS.


After 2 weeks, I was given an offer letter and thus I closed all my freelance projects and did not accept any other offers from other consultancies for various openings as a French Translators for different MNCs in Mumbai.


After having received the offer letter and the joining date, suddenly on the previous eve of the joining date, I was told that the project has been kept on hold! I mean how unprofessional considering I had closed all my projects and denied any other call! How unfair...I was given a small apology email by ASAP, and that also because I requested the same!


I would not recemmend ASAP to anyone!

I have join asap after my SAP- Certification, They kept my original SAP Certificate with them, And they have done a bond with me for 12 month.
But as per their Service agreement they are not paying my salary on time.& are not ready to my increment as per that bond. I am suffering lots as they are not ready to give me back my SAP Certificate.And threatening for very heavy financial loss of Rs 15000/- if i will not serve for them up to 18 month.
These people are really & [censored]er.
Like me lots of fresher are coming in their fake organization.
Please Please dont ever join this Group.

You can join ASAP, I worked there for 2 years and i got converted into Permanent Employee and Now every thing is fine with me.
They never asked me for Original certificates also i used to get my salary by 7th of every month and Allowances by the last working day of every month.
I feel strange when looking to above comments.

Please lodge a police complaint. No company can keep the original certificates beyond a certain time only for verification purpose but that is rare they have to seek copies of your certificates. If they do, they are liable for Bonded Labour which is illegal. Staffing company does it to avoid anybody leaving the company before the contract period which is a great loss to them. Since you are mature to sign the contract you should go for a mutual agreement with the company and resolve. You have cited the usual excuses of getting back your certificates and planning to quit and join elsewhere its as simple as anybody can makeout. Passport office seeks only attested copies of the certificates. Kindly adhere to the company's expectations and resolve this. If you still try then you need to go legal.

its my humble request don't ever join in that stupid COMPANY"ASAP Info Systems" they treat employees like slaves they torture they are unfit be human they play with employees emotions keeping there original marks cards they terminate the employees without informing totally its unfit company please don't go to that campy it is like a hell

Dont join in ASAP info systems pvt .limited because i was worked one as per bond with the client Wipro info tech after regined i worked for two months as bond My last month salary not yet recived after 45 days from my relieving date.
i need to go to consumer court for this incidence.
No response from HR side (
HR is too reckless and irresponsible.

Hi, i have asap infosystems as HR recruiter, i also signed a bond of 1 year agreement, within two weeks i relieved and asked my certificates. They disagree and informed me, withholding your certificate for a year. What shall I do now?

I denied all other offers and closed my freelance projects once I received the offer letter from ASAP to work for Accenture, Mumbai as a French Translator...On the eve of the joining date I was told the project has been kept on hold by the client and thus I was later informed that the position was on hold! I mean how unprofessional ...they not once thought of the candidate who denied all other offers and closed all her freelance projects to get this surprise ...there was no real apology other than just a small email ...


I would defintiely not recommend ASAP to anyone.

ASAP info Systems Means cheaters . They will be playing even with the experience peoples.

They will not response to anything . Please no one suggest to under their payroll process into ASAP.

They will create policies according to their situations.
