[Resolved]  Asap Info Systems — Company not paying salary properly & not giving my original certificate.

By seeing this comment itself came to know this ASAP infosystems is useless consultancy then why TCS HR People going behind them. Kindly requesting TCS HR Team dont tie a bond with ASAP Infosystems and dont spoil employees career also people wont ready to join in TCS in future. Planning to file a complaint against TCS HR Team and ASAP Infosystems to TCS Directors and Board Members. Surely good think will happen soon for employees.

Surely revenge would be there at any cost for them.

ASAP Info System is one of the worst Third Party payroll Company . They will be hiding everything with the employee. They will not say if the project will last for 6 months and the employee will receive a shock regarding the same . Once you are out of the Project you will not contacted by anyone, infact the recruiters will not be knowing also . After knowing you are released from Project from you and after repeated calls, they will start their Laidback approach in searching for Project . This happened with me while working with TCS project .TCS is not involved in any of these .
When you try to raise your poor salary for new project, recruiters will not pay any heed . They will say take this or we will release you from Company . They don't pay on bench period and treat very poorly to employees . TCS also doesn't consider in converting ASAp employee .

My Sincere advise, PLEASE DON'T JOIN ASAP INFO SYSTEM for any good CLIENT .

I have got selected for the tcs from asap but after 5 month of selection still waiting for joing date..can any one help me, what should I do.

It's been a great learning experience working with ASAP.

HR response is exceptionally good. Any concerns and issues are being looked at with great attention and they see to it they are solved.

Don't join thru this consultancy to any other company. This company won't pay your salary on time and also won't intimate when you will get your salary. This is worst company. Be aware of this consultancy. They won't give proper contact numbers to contact HR.

They will delay your date of joining but they ask you put paper in your previous company but they won't onboard you.

Guys please don't join and spoil your IT career.

I selected Accenture through ASAP info system.ASAP info systems is good consultancy r not.

ASAP info system is number 1 cheater company . They play with employee. they have not given salary.
Always torture with employee. ASAP info system one of the employee very bad people he is misbehave with

I have also recorded the voice call please give me suggestion how to get the salary from this company.
I had left the ASAP info system in August also but till not get the salary.
