I have bought an ASUS Eee PC 1005ha on 19th January 2010 from TechnoCraftt, Kolkata,
(1) very next day i found the microSD card slot was already broken, according to warranty, within in 10 days if any problem found it will be considered as Dead on Arrival (DOA), but now they are saying it is a broken case so can't be consider as DOA.
(2) RASHI PERIPHERALS PVT.LTD. is the importer & Service Provider of ASUS Eee PC 1005ha, so after contacting customer care of ASUS over phone, they give me the address RASHI PERIPHERALS PVT.LTD., 12/9, Sarojini Naidu Path, City Center,Durgapur-16, mobile:[protected], Land Line:[protected], but when i go there & meet Mr. Sudip Mitra, Branch Manager, he straight said me, as i have not bought it from him he will not provide me service, after contacting again they asked me to go RASHI PERIPHERALS PVT.LTD, kolkata, But as they claim Global Warranty why will I have to go Kolkata from Durgapur to surrender my faulty product??
(3) In all these process i never get any cooperation from any body, i contact many people over phone, send email to all concern people, but all in vain.
