Sharaf is an absoulute joke.
I bought a lap top from there in July 08 and till now i have not been on it at all, due to them not helping me.
It will not connect to the wireless in my house so they have told me the problem is within the wireless connection, which would make sense if we didn't have 2 other lap tops in the house working off it!!!
I have went to the store on many occasions no body will help me, exactly what are they getting paid for? I have asked for someone to come to the house in order for them to try and connect it for me, they told yes no problem, they will call you tomorrow to arrange it, 3 visits later to Deira Customer Services and no one has called me!!
I have called 800 DG Help but with no help. Again they said someone would call and yet again nothing!! Please give me advice on what i can do?
Your 800 DG Help Line also they have very bed telephone procedures, by not pushing the hold button so i can hear them speaking about chocolate and things, nice when they keep you waiting for 15minutes only to pass you on again to another hopeless case that doesn't know what day of the week it is!!
Your company is disgusting and i will be taking this futher, and luckily i have the names of those that couldn't be bothered to help!! Was this information helpful? |
