Dear All,
I have given my Asus laptop to service center for repair as i was facing some issues with the screen resolution and i spole with an agent from the company whose name is AMIT, he came to my house and he took my laptop stating that the problem is there and he need to check the entire laptop and will take 2-3 days to return it back to me( As it is in warranty). I gave him a laptop, but now i feel that i have done a BIG MISTAKE. He took my laptop and told me that the issue will be resolved however when i got it the issue is still pursuing. I told him that issue is still there so he said we can't do anything as the problem is there from the windows. I said i have already reuploaded windows thrice but he said that you can do it once again and when i was not satisfied he made a call to his supervisor (ANKUSH) whho took my call and said sir please try to reload the windows again and this wold work. At that time i have realised that they BROKE MY LAPTOP. I can see a Broken face of my laptop when i told him about it he said its your fault not mine. How come it can be my fault coz when he took my laptop he checked about everythind and my laptop was not broken, but now he is saying we can't do that, it is your fault. SIR PLEASE HELP ME OUT AS IT IS A CUSTOMER FORM I HAVE PURCHASED THIS LAPTOP FROM MY HARD MONEY AND THEY HAVE DAMAGED IT AND NOW THEY ARE SAYING ITS NOT THEIR FAULT, Please help me out and resolve my issue.
