Sub: Requesting for replacement of ASUS mother board (Model M2N8-VMX.
Sir,
I am running a data convection center at above mention address for past 3 years, capacity of 32 seats. I am glad to inform you that I am using your ASUS mother board with AMD processor form my schooling (past 12-13 years). Even now I am using your ASUS mother board for all my system in my office. I was very much satisfied and happy when I approached your service centre 4 years ago for another issue. I also recommended this product to many of my friend’s.
Now this becomes reticules, Two months ago I had a problem in my Computer and when I checked with my dealer (Krish Electronics) regarding the problem he said that he will sent the mother board to ASUS authorized service centre which is located in egmore Chennai. After 10 days the dealer arrived with a new problem saying that there is scratch in the mother board. I was shocked when heard about the damage. I my self went to the service centre to see my mother board, When I approached the service manager he said that the dealer had done the scratch and when I asked my dealer he blames the service centre. As per my knowledge that is not a scratch that is a damage caused due to soldering heat, I request u to review the photo image was send to you by the service manager previously, I really got fed up when I approached both dealer and service centre several times, u believe it or not the dealer is about 15 km from my office and service centre is 4 km for away from the dealer.
I don’t know where the problem was, whether the dealer or the service centre. I request to take an action about this issue and do the need full. Also I am ready to spend for the my mother board and I understand it’s not going to cost me more to rectify the problem or to replace the mother board. And se through you’re not loosing a good, reliable and supporting costumer like me.
