I bought an assembled computer including ASUS-MOTHERBOARD-P5KPL-AM/PS from SHARPLOGIC SALES AND MARKETING COMPANY PVT.LTD,THRISSUR on 31-Jul-2010. I found that my USB port was not detecting and used the service of SHARPLOGIC for detecting the real problem. They said the complaint was with motherboard and took the same for repair on 13-Aug-2011. It was guaranteed that they will return the same within three weeks. It was said that they will send motherboard to ASUS service centre. But as on 25-Sep-2011 I coudn't get any details on the status of repair from SHARPLOGIC. They are extending the date day by day. Please provide me guidance for registering the complaint on the same.

Some problems had occurred on the motherboard, and the same had been taken to companies authorized service center Rashi Peripherals, Kottayam at 3 times. Last time those replaced a old mother board, But my problem could not be resolved by them, I had aslo written to its H.O. regarding the same but in vain.
Know I write to you as a last source of help.And due to this problem i have incurred great deal of mental and material losses and trauma.
I hope you would be able to help me in the same.
